Hi, my name is John. The reason I am writing this blog is for class, but what I intend to share with you is how to save places like this. We all enjoy parts of the environment, but some of those places are starting to go away, because they are not being protected the way that they should. On this blog we will discuss what is going wrong with the environment, as well as ways to enjoy it. The reason I chose to use the Boundary Waters for the name of my blog is that I love it there. Every summer for the last 8 years I have spent at least a week in the Boundary Waters. My goal for this blog is to help you appreciate some part of the environment, encourage you to enjoy it, as well as educate you on how to protect it.
